Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 85ph may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. Where bonus abuse is detected, 85ph reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and close the player's account.
All bonuses have an expiry date as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been withdrawn or used by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the player's account without notice.
All games available on the 85ph platform that rely on random outcomes use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor, including previous results or the size of a player's bet.
Each game available on the 85ph platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules displayed within the game interface and any other source, the rules displayed within the game interface shall prevail.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, 85ph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the players' accounts. 85ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the wagered amount.
If a player is disconnected from the platform during an active game session, the game will continue to run according to its programmed logic. 85ph is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnection due to the player's internet connection, device failure, or any other factor outside of 85ph's direct control.
